and then she snapped: it's barely fall which means only one thing...it's christmas card season!!

it's barely fall which means only one thing...it's christmas card season!!

I got an email last week from a friend who asked if I had my Christmas Cards ordered yet. WHAT THE HECK? I hate the fact that I had to admit, no, I hadn't even begun thinking about them! But now that she reminded me it's pretty much all I can think about. So I've been browsing Shutterfly's Photo Christmas Cards and I've selected a few of my favorites to share with you!

Funny isn't it, looks like I am particularly drawn to black and white this year? Maybe that's a hint as to what our card will end up like this year. Here's last year's card (also from Shutterfly):

and 2010 was just their plain card (meaning I designed the whole thing) and also my favorite Christmas Card in the history of the Drechsel family:

I always select the matte finish option (I think it looks much more expensive), and I love the flat (unfolded) cards too.

I have used Shutterfly for photo books as well (my Dear Charlie books have both been through Shutterfly) and been quite happy with them. And if you're patient, Shutterfly ALWAYS has some special offers going on. (Currently 20% of cards with code CARD20 and free shipping on orders over $30 with code SHIP30)!

And one lucky And Then, She Snapped reader will win $50 credit to spend at Shutterfly (does not include shipping and cannot be combined with other promos). Simply leave a comment (and make sure I have a way to contact you) to enter. (I'll accept entries until next Tuesday).

PS Need a family photo taken for your holiday card this year? My daughter, Grace has teamed up with my friend Lindsy to offer mini sessions on November 10th! If you're local please check it out here!

Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post. I was compensated in the form of free product, and Shutterfly is providing the prize for the giveaway as well. However, all opinions are (obviously) my own.
