I love this shot that my friend Nessa submitted this week, of her "working lunch". Head over and read what she had to say about it as well, it's way cute.

And here's my tip this week...never stop learning and practicing and reading, etc. There are SO many tutorials out there and SO many talented photographers who are more than happy to share what they know! My friend Shelly turned me on to this new website called phlearn. They post a new video every day teaching something about photography or photoshop. I LOVE it! I watched a couple this week, including a new to me way to brighten eyes, which I attempted on Grace, below. The videos are simple, and short enough to watch a couple of times.
