I meant to photograph the beautifully yummy double chocolate molten cake, with a side of vanilla ice cream atop a scrumptuous strawberry coulis.
(Honestly, I don't even know what coulis IS, but it sounds right, right)?
PS this dessert was compliments of Ruby Tuesdays after they messed up BOTH Chris AND my dinners. We're really not complainers, we just prefer not to eat hamburgers that are still moo-ing.
