Think you don't like rhubarb?
Think again.
Mix together:
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
Stir in:
4 cups rhubarb, sliced in 1/2 inch slices
Pour into:
one (unbaked) pie crust
Bake for:
50 minutes at 400 degrees
Yummmm. Rhubarb pie is ALWAYS good.
