Also, I just sent my husband, (you know, the one with the broken pelvis?), to get a pizza. Because I didn't make dinner, and he was dying to get out of the house. What can I say? I'm an awesome wife.
I don't really "get" Wordless Wednesday. So around here words are totally OK, and actually encouraged! So if you like words too and want to link up your "Wordless Wednesday, but with Words", please do. And if it's Thursday by the time you get around to it, well heck, that's OK too.
Grab my button and link up below and also with some of my favorite wordless (or black and white) Wednesday hostesses:
I'm not the only "wonderful" wife! My husband asks me when I will finish my sabbatical leave from cooking sometimes ;)
ReplyDeleteYou crack me up! And that is a great shot you had stored away! I feel like I've been in a creative rut myself. I think it's just that time of year... join our spring challenge. Maybe we'll both be inspired. :)
ReplyDeleteha, that looks like my living room!
ReplyDeleteThe answer is always more shoes.
ReplyDeleteYou and I both. And Alicia too it seems :) Maybe cause it is so much easier to click with our phones. Yeah, let us blame it on IG.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute picture! Definitely very similar to how our house looks {especially when the girls are watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!}. And LOL on the pizza. Right there with you! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so funny! We have the same decorating theme in our living rooms... toys, toys, & more toys! Adorable pic Rachel, is so cute how he's sitting!
ReplyDeleteShoes is always the answer!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot and you are such a awesome wife! Takes one to know one. ;-)
ReplyDeleteAhh the crouching TV watching position... could you manage this for more than just a few moments?

New shoes help everything! Broken pelvis??? Terrible! My husband has heart failure. . .I have to make ALL his meals from scratch because of the salt content. Ugggg!!! So much work! When I don't cook ~ there is absolutely nothing for him to eat except spaghetti with no sauce or cheese - just unsalted butter yuk! :) . ~ Talk about feeling bad! I like your photo. It very cute. Looks like a real day in the life of kids.
ReplyDeleteNew shoes can change everything!
ReplyDeleteI'm feeling the same way about my photos. Just not that inspired as of late. Hopefully spring will refresh us both :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so funny! I can actually last week was the first week this year we didn't have pizza. LOL
ReplyDeleteLove your TV Hutch!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like my house after school. Love how he is sitting and so focused, cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat is it with the watching tv squat position? My daughter does it, too.
ReplyDeleteHilarious and cute.
New shoes can never hurt. :) Love the tv watching position. My kids used to do that when they were little. *sniff*
ReplyDeleteSpring is helping me with the motivation! Maybe you guys just need some warmer weather, or no snow! Such a cute shot of Charlie!!
ReplyDeleteSo I didn't forget what day it was, I have just been too dang busy.
ReplyDeleteI need new shoes too. And more photographical motivation. Could your husband bring home a pizza for me too?
You definitely need shoes. Nobody can have enough shoes!
ReplyDeleteLove your post, it made me chuckle!! First of all, I do have to agree. New shoes can change everything!! Second, I just love this photo. How cute is your little guy just squatting there like that!! I love it!! What a treasure!
ReplyDeleteI just bought flip flops.. does that count as shoes? ;)
ReplyDeleteI love how you captured this every day moment! And you can always use new shoes :o). Thank you for hosting this link up and sharing!
ReplyDeleteThe situation in your picture looks very familiar to me!
ReplyDeleteMost "Wordless Wednesday" posts I see have words in them...so I get your point.
...and BTW: I believe new shoes could quite possibly solve all the world's problems!
