Who knew that replacing the vacuum cleaner belt could be so exciting? Note how Charlie is ready with his screwdriver and Chris is obviously working hard (just look at his face!) So for $2.99 I avoided getting a new vacuum...AND I got a photo opportunity. Score!

Here's my confession:
I don't really "get" wordless wednesday. So let's call it what it is. Around here words are totally ok, and actually encouraged! So if you like words too and want to link up your wordless wednesday, but with words, please do. And if it's Thursday by the time you get around to it, well heck, that's ok too.
link up your wordless wednesday but with words post below and with some of my favorite hostesses: project alicia, the paper mama, naptime momtog

LOVE watching parker "help" sam with stuff around the house. he's a big help with taking out the recycling.
ReplyDeleteand ps: i dont actually "sift" my dry ingredients in those cookies... more like, stir up with a fork. does that count?
what a nice shot :)
ReplyDeleteGotta love being able to fix stuff yourself! Or having someone nearby who can fix stuff for you! We recently had to fix our clunker of a vacuum but honestly I was hoping we would have to get rid of it to get a new one.
ReplyDeleteAlso, my child would have been crying and hiding in a corner somewhere just at the sound of the word "vacuum".

What a big little man! Haha... love how dad is all working hard, & Charlie is like "I got this!"
ReplyDeleteJax is always trying to (break)fix things with his tool set.
That's such a sweet father/son shot :)
ReplyDeleteKids crack me up. My son is def. at the phase where trying to do whatever mom or dad is doing is the coolest.

ReplyDeleteOh yeah - I remember my nephew being way into vacuum cleaners. So exciting.
ReplyDeleteI have a traditional WW post that I could link, but I kinda agree about the word thing. So, I linked my most-recent "wordy" post from last night. Thanks for hosting, and I look forward to next week!
