wordless wednesday, but with words

Remember last weekend when we got to take a surprise trip to the beach? It was super fun, but ended with some super hungry peoples on the trip home. So we stopped in Belfair (which DOES have a starbucks, and a mcdonald's, but not a whole lot else), and ate at Jimmy D's Waffle and Steak house, because why WOULDN'T you want your waffle house to serve steak, (or vice versa)? Most of us chose to have breakfast for dinner. Which was quite good, for a hole in the wall diner (which really is the kind of joint you SHOULD eat breakfast at).


Here's my confession:
I don't really "get" wordless wednesday. So let's call it what it is. Around here words are totally ok, and actually encouraged! So if you like words too and want to link up your wordless wednesday, but with words, please do. And if it's Thursday by the time you get around to it, well heck, that's ok too.

    I love how much Charlie likes his food. Waffles and steak? Eh, sometimes rules are meant to be broken, or something...

    I think most places, no matter how sketchy they seem, can pull off a decent breakfast.....so that's a safe bet :)
    I don't even know where Belfair is, but if we're ever there we will check it out ;)

    Wow, it seems as if we're mirroring eachother's lives.I too had a surprise trip to the beach last weekend and also had breakfast for dinner...=) Now I'm craving pancakes again!

    I completely agree! Breakfast is always better from a hole in the wall sort of place.
