Last night we went to the second annual Tacoma Twilight Criterium, and for the second year in a row, it did not suck! You might remember Camden coming in
third place last year. Anyway, this year we went
because it's no secret my husband loves bikes a little bit too much to watch our cousin-in-law, Ben, race in the cat 3s (and he did awesome, although since he didn't get 1st place he would say he lost). And we stuck around after that for the kids' race (which, if I'm honest was pretty lame for Camden's age...it was more geared to 3 and 4 and 5 year olds, so maybe Charlie will take a turn next year). But there were no complaints because the weather was gorgeous, and we got to hang out with some cool friends and cousins. (Including Tula, who was ALSO celebrating her birthday while her daddy raced)!

Loving that chocolate milk shot (we see a lot of that around here - minus the cute blonde hair).
