lazy saturday

Our weekend with nothing planned has been awesome so far. It's nice to just be able to hang out and do whatever we feel like sometimes! We were blessed with amazing weather on Saturday and spent most of it outdoors! PEOPLE! It was even warm enough to break out the sprinkler!

But first, Grace and Charlie caught up on their reading:

Then we went to the playground (if you look really hard you might notice that Charlie is wearing "Cars" shoes, as in "Cars", the movie. I hate am not a fan of licensed character clothing, but when I saw these shoes Grace convinced me that Charlie would love them, and she was right. He absolutely LOVES them. And, they don't light up or anything, so I haven't completely lost it).

Today was great too. We started the morning off watching the Tour de France. Camden got to go with his friend to the beach all day, so we haven't seen him at all. Grace made delicious cookies that she promised to blog, and I made new straps for the shop. We also hit up the park, and had an early dinner out. Came home and watched a little bit of Talladega Nights on TBS. Awesome day.

Tomorrow, we get Camden back from the beach, Samantha is coming for a few days and we are looking forward to a fun fourth with friends! I promise to take pics. : )
