My favorite shot from this past week is definitely from Shaunna at Captivus Living! It is completely gorgeous. SHE is completely gorgeous! And she just moved to my neck of the woods, like, for real! I'm so excited to meet her in real life in the next few weeks.

Now let's move on to week number 18!

Here's my SOOC,
EW, right? Look at that yucky white balance.
(which reminds me, Charlie has an Oscar the Grouch book and in it they spell yucky y-u-c-h-y, that's just wrong, right?)

But look how easy to fix! In Elements click on Enhance>Adjust Color>Remove Color Cast

and then click on something that is supposed to be white, black or gray.

I clicked on the white shelf that his hand is resting on...

"Ta-Da!"

(ok, THAT reminds me of last night's Modern Family...did you watch it?)

Now the coloring is muchhhhhhhh better, but it was still too dark so I simply adjust the levels to brighten it up. Easy peasy...maybe two minutes total.

(and yeah, I know my kid watches a lot of tv)
