I am beautiful

The challenge this week for Selfie Saturday is to take a self portrait of yourself with a sign that says "I am Beautiful".  It's meant to help us women (moms especially) not be so critical of ourselves.  I went back and forth on deciding if I was going to do it or not, but in the end I decided to just do it, and to take it one step further and show myself without makeup and unedited.  So here we go:

    Really beautiful- I love that you did it with no makeup or edits- you have amazing flawless skin- that really doesn't need any makeup!

    I second Me (haha) ... no "ish." I just found jill samperton's lovely blog, clicked through to learn more about the I AM BEAUTIFUL project, and saw your pic and clicked! And there you are, beautiful woman, beautiful photo. In it, I think you radiate comfort and contentment.
    AND, I literally thought, wow, she really is beautiful looking with no makeup or editing, m a y b e i should try. So I leaned over and shot a few with my iPhone and tried to see them as pretty the way I see yours (no makeup). So, please know your beauty and bravery totally empowered another woman today. Not sure I'm brave enough to put em up ... but one step at a time. Thank you!
