POTD 356/365

My friends are awesome.
Today we celebrated mine and our other friend, Kristin's birthdays with homemade scones, crustless quiche (yes I had 2 1/2 pieces, what about it?) and SuLee's (cake) Balls.  Annie was our hostess and she was truly the hostess with the mostest.  And Jenny brought that adorable new baby Benjamin.  (I LOVE him!)

PLUS, there were PRESENTS!
Annie MADE me an awesome-ly adorable apron.  Like something a sexy June Cleaver would wear.  Seriously, who knew my friends were so darn crafty?
Jenny gave me a Starbucks travel mug (because my friends also KNOW me).
SuLee gave me a lovely white orchid which is already on my mantel, replacing my icy winter wreath which I promptly packed away...and
Kristin gave me a book which not only looks good, but looks good.

Thank you friends, the best gift I could ask for is simply your continued friendship!
xoxo

  2. Super yum! I'm hoping everybody will re-create these goodies for Monday even though it's not their turn to bring food. And Happy Birthday Weekend, Lady!
