I put the first two photos in separate layers on top of one another and reduced the opacity of the top one so I could line it up with the bottom one, and then "erase" the blurry part of the top one.  Then I cropped, and voila!

  5. Great job! I do it on almsot all group, couple pictures. You can never get anyone to pose perfectly at the same time.
