show {off} your shot

So I've been thinking about starting my own photo challenge for some time now since I enjoy participating in them so much. This is my first shot. (Get it? shot? haha). The theme this first time is anything, (anything appropriate for my 11 year old daughter since she reads this), all I ask is that you share something about how your photo came to be. Either something about how you set up the shot, or something about how you edited it. Just SOMETHING, so that we can all learn from one another.  Also, please add my button to your post so others can play along.

This is my hot handsome hubby last weekend at his first ever cyclocross race.  I shot this with my zoom lens at a fast shutter speed (1/2000) so that I could freeze the action.  When he came by I just held the shutter release button down to get a bunch in a row.  He really looks like he's having fun, huh?
