family fun sunday
we tried going to the rainiers game today. chris and the big kids rode their bikes and charlie and I drove to the stadium only to find out that the game was sold out. WTF? really? they sell out? dismayed, we looked for something else to do and ended up driving over to uptown gig harbor where we walked around the shops...had happy hour ben and jerry's (mmmm, cherry garcia...where have you been all my life?), and topped that off with dinner at fondi. yes, you heard me right, we had dessert first. what's wrong with that? not a damn thing I tell ya!
Yeah, the Rainiers are selling out quite often :). The Mariners on the other hand... are not. That might be quite the trek for the kids on 2 wheels though. Sounds like you had a great day anyways.
