Sweet Potatoes
Charlie loves to eat. Just like most of the rest of us in the family. He waves his arms around and kicks his legs and gets so excited when I put him in his high chair and get his food ready (just like most of the rest of us in the family). If I move a little too slowly he'll let me know it, too. Tonight he enjoyed some sweet potatoes and oatmeal. He ate six ice cubes worth, not counting the oatmeal! He is kind of a pig. He yelled at me when it was all gone...but he looked really cute. Even though he made a mess. So you know I had to take a picture. Because we went to the pool today with our friends and there were all sorts of POTD opportunities.

So anyway, I still needed a POTD, and I had this cute, messy boy.
So there you go. Except at first the photo looked like this:
Not too bad, I mean the subject matter is a-DOR-able, but the photo turned out kinda dark and grey. Good thing I am taking a photoshop class this month and at our first class I learned that one can edit a jpeg in Adobe Camera RAW.
Yes!
you heard me correctly!
A jpeg in RAW!
To do so, you open up Photoshop Elements (editor), and click File-Open As. Select your file and then select Camera Raw at the 'open as' drop down menu. That's it! You don't have the same editing capabilities as if you were actually shooting RAW files, but it gives you much more than just the regular editor.
Try it! And let me know how you like it!
This is such an amazing tip! I'm so glad that I found your blog! :) Btw, I'm your newest follower & I can't wait to come back in the future. Happy Wednesday!
