Charlie's latest sleeping patterns have me worried, so I checked out all the books I could find on how to get my baby to sleep through the night. Now I just have to find out which method works!
Hi Rachel, we went to high school together and I found your blog through Ingrid's. Hope you don't mind if I follow; I'm also writing about and photographing my family and love to see other people's pix. Thanks! Heidi
It will break your heart but honestly, i think crying it out is the best way. Especially now while he is still little and trainable. :-) We started too late with Grace at 6 months. She was a stubborn little thing but after three nights she slept...through the night! Ahhh..... I feel for you. Praying for the best! XOXO P.S. I read the Babywise book and had to go to the back of the book where it says something like "When you're too late". :-)
I see two familiar books! Gabe and I bought The Baby Sleep Solution or Twelve Hours' Sleep by Twelve Weeks Old: A Step-by-Step Plan for Baby Sleep Success by Suzy Giordano and Lisa Abidin and it worked really well with Ms. Story. Of course, every baby is different and has different needs. My sister used the Ferber method, but not until after 6 months. I'm certainly no expert, but is there a chance Charlie Pete has some tummy pain? Story had some reflux that upset her sleep and now we give her Zantac. Just thinking that he might be trying to tell you something. Keep us posted!
I've read both of those, and a few others...just after Luke was born. I have my own personal library if you want to borrow any! :-)

I did Babywise with my kids too. Check out the back like SuLee said. Peace to the little dude.
