and then she snapped: wordless wednesday but with words

wordless wednesday but with words

I woke up this morning and glanced out the window from my bed and saw what looked like snow on the tree branches. I blinked, and looked again, surely it couldn't have snowed. In March. In Tacoma. But it did.

Thank the Baby Jesus that school wasn't cancelled or I might have completely lost it. As it was, the snow was gone before school even started. And rumor has it that it's supposed to be 60 degrees by the end of the week.

I don't really "get" wordless wednesday. So around here words are totally ok, and actually encouraged! So if you like words too and want to link up your wordless wednesday, but with words, please do. And if it's Thursday by the time you get around to it, well heck, that's ok too.

Grab my button and link up below and also with some of my favorite wordless (or black and white) wednesday hostesses:

  1. Glad to know we're not the only ones having goofy weather this winter! One day we have snow, the next it is 60 degrees. Spring keeps trying to come, but winter keeps pushing back in. :)

  5. My best friend lives up in Lynnwood and she was sending me pictures just to make me jealous. I tried to counter with my 85 degree weather I was having at the same time, but she thinks 85 is too warm so it didn't work. Boo.

  9. We're still having cold snaps here. It will be 85 degrees one day and then it will drop to the low 50s. Crazy!

BTW...LOVE that you said "Thank Baby Jesus". I don't know if you meant to be funny, but it reminds me of Talladega Nights and that makes me laugh. lol

  11. That is just wrong... it shouldn't snow in March. It did here too. Maybe that will mean 70's and blue skies for the entire end of the month right?

  12. That sounds like our Monday! It snowed most of the day Monday and then once it stopped snowing the snow melted within an hour. And today the high is 66 and tomorrow it's 70 something! CRAZY!

  17. I pine for snow. . . wish for it . . . but I live in Southwest Arkansas so no snow for me this year.

I would even take the kind that was gone before school started.

    Have a great week!
