Then I went home and worked on my to-do list:
drive kids around - it was not my carpool day!
pay some bills
thursday night
So today was sort of productive. Since I felt like I had so much I needed to do, I decided the best course of action would be to go play with my friend, Heidi, this morning! She was expecting a big package to arrive and I wanted to be there to help her unpack it. And then we promptly put the kids IN the box. Because we are awesome moms.
Then I went home and worked on my to-do list:
fold all the clothes that Charlie "helped" with
make dinner
clean the kitchen
drive kids around - it was not my carpool day!
figure out when I'm going to get my crown done I have an appointment tomorrow morning!
choose Charlie's two year old photo from the (not very exciting) studio
pics I had done last week
do more taxes I did 3 returns today, I wanted to do 4
pay some bills
try not to scream at my kids we all know I totally failed at that one

ReplyDeleteThere is a store here in Japan that has a "day care" type place where your kids can play while you shop ( similar to Ikea) one time when I had gone there for something we saw that the entire room had been taken over by a box maze... of course, even though I only needed one small thing these 2 insisted I pay the 500 yen to let them go play in the box room lol. ( i would be lying if i said I wasn't jealous that mommy was too big for the box room lol)
There's nothing as fun as a giant box!
