the whole world was at zoo lights
I kid you not when I tell you that there were at least a million and a half people at zoo lights tonight. We met our friends, the Simlers, there at 5:00, right when it opened, figuring it wouldn't be too crowded yet. Well, everyone else in town had the same brilliant idea based on the line of cars just to get in to the park. We had to park in some operations building overflow parking lot. (which I thought was bad until I saw how other people had it even worse by the time we were leaving...I can't believe how far away some people had to park!). But all in all it was a perfect night to be outside...dry and relatively warm even! And now we don't have to go back ever again for a long long time!

I hate when fun stuff like that is crowded and overwhelming....but that family picture is precious!! Probably well worth the memories that were made!

ReplyDeleteThe pictures are wonderful and colors are amazing but sounds like that experience would be a one in a life time thing for me, I am so not a crowds girl...lol Been there, done that...next :)
